Dynamic DNS allows you to run a server
for hosting your website, blog, or email from your cable modem or DSL
connection, even if you don't have a static IP.
Our service maps domain names to the
constantly changing dynamic IP address assigned to you by your ISP.

Dynamic IP Address
|
A Dynamic IP
address is one that is
temporarily assigned to a user
by their internet service
provider every time the connect.
This cuts down on the number if
IP addresses large consumer
providers need because not all
of their customers are using the
service at any given time. It
also cuts down on bandwidth
usage by preventing consumers
from hosting servers.

How does Dynamic DNS
Technology work?
|
Your PC is
connected to the internet and
runs our client. Our client will
track the IP address of your
servers in real time and reports
any changes to our DNS servers.
When someone
requests IP resolution of your
domain name or any of its
subdomain like ' www.yourname.com',
our DNS servers provides the
real time IP of your server.
Now any user on
the internet can connect to your
PC instantly because your domain
name and its subdomains as well
as MX record will always point
to your servers. |
